Tuesday 16th May, 2023 KFC relaunched and expanded it’s Harvest Programme at The Living Waters community.
This initiative aims to reduce food wastage by donating all surplus food to those in need. The goal is to help reduce hunger, one meal at a time. KFC has donated food that translates into over 45,000 meals year to date and will potentially donate enough for 100,000 meals by the end of the year. Our Harvest partners prepared delicious meals: Vegetable saffron rice, stewed pigeon peas, oven baked chicken in tomato basil sauce, sweet and sour chicken lo mein alongside spicy stir fried chicken.
